Refund Policy – Evergreen Travels

This Refund Policy outlines the cancellation, amendment, and refund rules for all travel-related services booked via Evergreen Travels. By booking with us, you agree to the terms stated below.

General Refund Conditions

All refund requests must be made in writing via email to info.evergreentravels@gmail.com

Refunds are subject to specific service cancellation policies, processing timelines, and third-party supplier rules.

Refunds are processed within 7–21 working days and credited through the original payment method only.

Convenience fees, service charges, and government taxes are non-refundable.

Supplier’s Right to Deny Service: No refunds apply if the Supplier denies entry or participation due to your ineligibility, tardiness, or misconduct.

Cancellations & Modifications (Packages)

Cancellation by User

    • The Quotation outlines the cancellation fee schedule
    • If You fail to complete required payments by the stated due dates (after reminders), the booking is canceled, and the amount paid will be non-refundable.

Complaints & Refund Requests Deadline:

Any refund request (e.g., service denial, incomplete services) must be submitted with valid evidence (emails, logs, vendor confirmations) within 5 days of trip completion. Beyond this timeframe, no requests will be entertained.

Cancellation & Refunds

Supplier Terms govern whether a service (tour, activity, ticket, etc.) can be cancelled or rescheduled. If the supplier permits cancellation, you must request it via email or the designated platform. Cancellation fees or deadlines (e.g., “No refund if canceled within 48 hours”) may apply.

If the supplier cancels due to weather or operational reasons, we will offer either a full refund or an alternative date (subject to supplier policy and service availability).

Late arrivals or no-shows typically result in no refund.

Flight Cancellations & Refunds: If the airline cancels or delays the flight, applicable refunds will be as per the airline’s fare rules.

If you cancel or partially use a ticket, you must notify us to process any eligible refund (subject to airline policies and Evergreen’s service fee).

Refunds will only be initiated after the airline releases the amount to us. Any convenience fee or TCS is non-refundable.

Flight Cancellations & Refunds: If an airline cancels or delays a flight, refunds (if any) will follow that airline’s fare rules. If You cancel or partially use a ticket, You must notify during working hours to Evergreen Travels to initiate any applicable refunds or amendments (subject to airline policies, plus any service fee). Refunds will be processed once. Evergreen Travels receives the refunded amount from the airline. Any convenience fee or Tax Collected at Source (TCS) might be non-refundable.

Arrive on time or earlier; late arrivals often cannot be accommodated or refunded.

Visa Services: Visa service charges and embassy/government fees are non-refundable.

No refund is provided for delayed, rejected, or incomplete visa applications.

Passport Consultancy: Consultancy fees are non-refundable once processing begins.

Refunds (if any) for unused government payments are subject to eligibility and verification.

Hotel Bookings: Hotel policies govern cancellation charges. Many properties enforce 100% charges for cancellations within 7 days of check-in or during peak season.

Check-in requirements: Hotels may deny check-in for reasons including ID policy, age, local residency, or relationship status. No refund is applicable in such cases.

Security deposits collected by the hotel are outside our control; we do not mediate refunds or disputes for the same.

Check-In Requirements: Each hotel sets its own check-in/check-out times, deposit rules, ID policy (e.g., some may deny check-in to unmarried couples or local residents).
No refund is provided if the hotel denies You for failing to meet their internal policy (e.g., minimum age, ID requirements). Any refundable security deposit collected at check-in is between You and the hotel. Evergreen Travels does not mediate or control deposit returns.

Force Majeure: In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, pandemics, curfews, strikes, or government restrictions

Refunds are subject to the supplier’s policy.

In such events, rescheduling or credit vouchers may be provided instead of refunds.

Special Offers and Promotions: Bookings made under special promotions, discounts, or limited-time deals are non-refundable unless explicitly mentioned. Any cashback or coupon applied at the time of booking will not be refunded upon cancellation.
